What a relief. Returning a Comfortaire mattress is easy too. It’s just one more way that you can rest easy knowing you bought a Comfortaire.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Comfortaire® mattress during your 100 Day Risk-Free Trial and would like to return your bed, please call Customer Service at (888) 500-1700 between days 31-100 to obtain a ”Return Authorization” (RA) number. Bed-clothes, pillows, foundations, metal frames and adjustable bases are not returnable and do not qualify for an RA number. Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to Comfortaire.
Your Comfortaire mattress should be packed in the same boxes in which it was delivered. We understand that you may not be able to re-pack them in the way that they were packed when you received your mattress but you should be able to pack all of the components back into the original boxes easily. Please contact Customer Service for tips on re-packaging your mattress and for your lowest cost shipping options. For a limited time, we’ll even pay return shipping for our 100 Day Risk-Free Trial. MATTRESS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN LIKE NEW CONDITION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR FULL REFUND. Upon receipt, your mattress will be immediately inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond ”normal wear and tear” or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by Comfortaire’s Customer Assistance concerning the allowable amount of your refund. Your refund will be processed within approximately 15 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment.
What can’t be returned
Foundations, metal frames, sheets, mattress protectors, Q10 Wireless ACS and adjustable (power) bases are NOT returnable.
If for any reason, a customer decides to cancel his/her order, he/she must notify Comfortaire within 24 hours from the Time/Date of Purchase. Example: Client finalized order on May 14, 2008 at 2 pm. Customer has the right to cancel their order until May 15, 2008 at 2 pm. If the customer cancels their order after 24 hours, Customer will be issued a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
