SALES AND ORDERS
Comfortaire’s policy is to constantly improve its products and reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Comfortaire will ship products that have substantially similar functionality and performance as the products ordered, but differences between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet, direct mail piece or on the web site are possible.
Sales tax will be collected where applicable. All pricing and shipping information is subject to change without notice. Comfortaire will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Comfortaire may revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the current terms.
If you are purchasing a mattress only, without a foundation, please review the safety information below before submitting your order.
Any customer's credit card pre-authorization will occur on the day of placing an online order. www.comfortaire.com is not responsible for any error created by the customer placing an order. Any and all errors will be resolved as they occur. Comfortaire is not responsible for any delays related to order deliveries caused by weather conditions or other related issues. Comfortaire does not hold responsibility for any issues regarding slight color variations of the delivered items and online pictures. If for any reason, a customer decides to cancel his/her order, he/she must notify Comfortaire, within 24 hours from the Time/Date of Purchase. Example: Client finalized order on May 14, 20XX at 2PM. Customer has the right to cancel their order until May 15, 20XX at 2PM. If the customer cancels their order after 24 hours, Customer will be issued a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
All bedding items will be shipped within agreed upon terms. All details of delivery must be added to the Purchase Invoice. Always inspect your delivery upon receipt. After signing satisfaction of delivery, Comfortaire is not responsible for any damage or issues with the purchased product.

Your new Comfortaire mattress is designed to promote proper support while providing unmatched comfort. Please note that it is probable that your old mattress has lost the ability to properly support and that your body has learned poor sleeping posture. It can take up to 30 days for your body to get used to being properly supported again. So try your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 nights you will have 70 additional days to return your mattress for credit. In the event that you decide to return your mattress, you may simply contact a Comfortaire representative at 1-888-500-1700 to receive a "Return Authorization" (RA) number.
The Confidence Guarantee™ sleep period applies to the mattress only. Foundations, adjustable bases, bed clothes and pillows are not covered under this guarantee and are not returnable for a refund. Comfortaire’s 100-day trial period applies to mattresses purchased through www.comfortaire.com. This trial policy does not apply to purchases made through independent retail partners. For information about a trial period and/or return policy, please contact the specific retail partner.
What is Comfortaire's return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Comfortaire mattress during the Confidence Guarantee period and wish to return your bed please call Comfortaire Customer Service at 1-888-500-1700 to obtain a "Return Authorization" (RA) number.
Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to Comfortaire. The mattress must be properly packaged and returned in like new condition, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with returning your mattress. Please contact Comfortaire customer service for tips on re-packaging your mattress and for your lowest cost shipping options.
Upon receipt, your mattress will be inspected. In the event there are any damages beyond "normal wear and tear" or manufacturing defects you will be contacted by Comfortaire customer service concerning the allowable amount of your refund.
Your refund will be processed within approximately 15 days from the date that the entire mattress is received at our facility, and will be refunded in the form of your original payment.
Comfortaire uses the most strict guidelines when securing the information we receive from our customers.

MATTRESS ALONE PURCHASE SAFETY INFORMATION
If you are considering the purchase of a mattress "alone", there are a few things you should be aware of. Please take the time to review this information consider it seriously before you make your purchase.
First: As of July 1st, 2007, all new mattresses or mattress sets offered for sale in the U.S. must meet stringent flammability requirements.
Second: All Comfortaire mattresses meet these new flammability requirements and may be sold with or without a foundation. If, however, the mattress is paired with an old box spring or foundation, there is a good chance that the two products together do not provide the flammability protection intended by the new flammability requirements. (Foundations manufactured before July 1st, 2007 may not have the necessary fire retarding barrier in the quilted cover.) For this reason, you should consider the purchase of a box spring or foundation which has been tested with the mattress you have chosen. Purchasing a foundation or adjustable base from Comfortaire assures you that your new purchase provides you with the maximum flammability protection.
Third: if you have a bed that does not require the use of a box spring or a foundation-for example, a platform bed or a futon frame, you need not worry about the purchase of a mattress sold "alone". In the event that you choose to purchase a new mattress "alone" and intend to use it with an older box spring or foundation, you should be aware that you are knowingly forfeiting important flammability protection. In that event, neither the manufacturer nor the retailer of the mattress can be held liable for any damages that may result.
