  • I just want to thank you for such a wonderful product! My husband and I recently bought a king-size Bella, and after sleeping on it for 3 weeks now, I have to tell you that we both are in love with this bed, and it has made such a difference in our sleep, and how our backs feel in the morning. I also would like to thank Debbie for all the time she spent on the phone with me, so patiently answering my many questions, phone call after phone call. I am trying to get that information out on Facebook to my many friends that have the same condition that I have. Our new bed replaced a memory foam mattress, and that thing just about ruined our backs (so much for hype). I wish you would advertise on TV.... you have an amazing product, and I think it's a shame that many people have never even heard of Comfortaire. You need to get the word out! Thanks again SO much for such a wonderful product! I'm singing your praises from the proverbial rooftops of Facebook!

  • Except when my girlfriend sleeps over on the weekend I sleep at 67% I just had back surgery bed helps me to get amazing restful sleep. And the foundation is the best.

  • We received our bed on Monday. It arrived late on Friday and since it was after my husband had already arrived home, he waited until Monday to pick it up rather than drive 40 miles back to get it. The 2nd twin foundation didn't arrive until Tuesday and since I work 150 miles from home and stay in Dallas during the week, we didn't get it assembled until Saturday. What an ordeal, we first had to move our old Select Comfort mattress and foundation and a big wall bed to my guest room and then were ready to start assembling my new Comfortaire bed. I have to say, the foundations were so easy, just unfold and they expand to the same depth as a regular box springs. This was very impressive. And then we started putting the mattress together. Since we had just unassembled the Select Comfort mattress I realized what a difference there was in all of the mattress and foam. The Select Comfort couldn't even compare to the workmanship in the Comfortaire mattress. The foam walls were at least double the size of the Select Comfort and were actually covered with a zippered fabric that could be taken off for laundering, the Select Comfort had about 1 to 2" strips of foam. I felt the Comfortaire mattress was a little harder to assemble, but that was because there was so much more padding. We have slept on this bed now, for two nights. My husband likes his setting on 30 and I like mine on 97 and for the first time in years, I did not feel like I had to hang on to the side of the bed to keep from rolling on him. The center wall in the Select Comfort always made a big hill between us and now we don't have that problem. I slept all night both nights and didn't want to get out of bed this morning. So far I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of my new Comfortaire bed.

  • THANK YOU so much! You reached out your hand and assisted me from the very beginning to the very end and I am recommending you to EVERYBODY! After I received the two Big boxes from Fed Ex. I opened both and laid everything out and found the direction book. Then I had to call you because I didn't know that the quilted mattress cover was actually three sections with two zippers. Ohhhh now that made sense. The people that answered the phone were just as patient as a mama with a child. Now, I have a cute story that you may use to relate how relaxing the bed is. We got it all together and went to bed, but the first night didn't count cause that was Saturday into Sunday and we didn't get to bed till 4:00a.m. But Sunday night we set the alarm as usual cause it starts going off at 5:30a.m. and my husband hits the snooze several times and usually rolls out of bed around 6:15a.m. Luckily, one of his co-workers lives with us and my husband rides him into work. I thought I heard someone say "Rob are you going to work?" but thought that I was dreaming and then I heard it again so I looked at the clock and it was 6:45a.m. and Rob was springing to life, laughing cause he thought it was Sunday and he was dreaming about hitting the snooze alarm. We are both so happy with this bed! I am still searching for my number and I'm sure I will find it! I can't tell you enough how much we appreciate everything that you did to help us with our new "mattress."

  • Hi - I am writing to tell you how happy I am with my Comfortaire Luxor mattress. I have had it for close to a year and I have never slept so well in my life. I am in my early 30's but have had a sensitive back since high school. I have had several high quality inner spring mattresses that felt great at first but quickly lost their support. After I added the foam internal divider to the Luxor it easily became the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. I can't explain how much it means to me to look forward to going to sleep on such a comfortable surface. For years I would add foam toppers, pillow top blankets, pillows and anything else to my bed that would cut the edge off of the pain I would feel when I woke up the next day. Flipping the mattress twice a month and even getting up in the middle of the night to sleep on the floor or the couch. All of that is gone and so is the fatigue I feel the next day from tossing and turning all night. Like I said, I am just one year in with my Luxor, but I have hope that this bed will be a high quality mattress for a long time and any time someone says they are looking for a new mattress I rave about Comfortaire. Thanks for making a great product and thanks for helping me love going to sleep again.

  • Last week I received my Comfortaire mattress. We had one night when we could not get our air adjusted and did not sleep well. But since we finally found the correct settings, we have really experienced great sleep!! Thank you. I am just sorry we did not know about Comfortaire before. We had a select comfort bed for about 20 years and loved that, but it sagged in the middle and when I tried to firm it up to make it look better, we had a hard time getting it adjusted for sleep again. I also did not like the way the foam divider in the middle of our queen size made a "hump". I will not be sending our Comfortaire back, (even if I could stuff it back in the box!)

  • I am writing to say thank you for helping me get my new bed. We have slept on it for a week now, and we absolutely love it! My back was much better after just one night.... but it has taken us a week to get to the right adjustments of air for setting the memory. We will let others know about how easy it was to work with you all, and how good of a product you have. I have a question regarding the payments. I received my line of credit card from Wells Fargo on Comfortaire's behalf, but there is no information telling me where or when to make a payment. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thank you again for helping us to get a better nights sleep!!
