I just wanted to give you an update. I wanted to wait awhile, I had to get used to the way the bed works. The settings are a bit strange to get comfortable with, the "meter" showing the pressure fluctuates a lot. My memory settings don't always get to the right percentages, seldom with one touch. However, after adjusting and setting, the bed seems to be doing what it is supposed to do. And yes, it is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. I love it! My wife is still playing around with her settings, but I am sure she will figure out what works best for her. I do at times think that the pressure decreases at night. I don't know that for certain. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with the bed, and I do enjoy more than a "modicum" of relief throughout the night. Thank-you again for your care and service. All of my doubts and complaints have been addressed and set aside. You were MOST helpful and considerate. You are a credit to your sales team, thank-you so much for your help. The mattress protector came, and I appreciate you sending it.

I just wanted to give you an update after we have had the bed over a month and also thank you again for your assistance, as well as others in customer service. I wanted to thank you for taking care of my matter promptly, courteously and professionally. The telephone operators were knowledgeable and had all the correct answers. I had done some research on mattresses and they were honest and not misleading in their responses or high pressure. My wife and me are completely satisfied with our choice and couldn't be happier with our decision. After delaying this purchase for quite some time, we are definitely sorry we didn't buy one sooner. I am never one to purchase something because a salesperson says "...because you deserve it. (car salesman use this phrase all the time) but this may very well be the case in this instance. My wife and me are sleeping more restful and comfortably than we have in years.
Yesterday I talked to your agent Melissa and purchased a Comfortaire bed. I am looking forward to its arrival. I talked to someone there a couple of years ago & unfortunately lost the paper with her name. Both agents were very friendly and able to answer my entire multitude of questions. I can be a bit nasty when people are not doing their job and that certainly was not the case with your people. Please give Melissa a gold star or whatever for good work. I hope I will not be calling back other than to possibly order a mattress pad or make a favorable comment about our new mattress.
You are the best customer service driven company in the world. My wife would also say thank you so much. She's bragging again on how our bed is so comfortable and how Comfortaire...has their clients satisfaction as a top priority...We moved to a new development...by the look of some of the houses (much bigger than ours). Hopefully I can be your biggest salesman. The next-door neighbors house is almost finished we met them and asked them if they wanted to try our bed.... It was an truly an awkward moment.... I will say one thing...you want your customers satisfied so at the very beginning especially if they order the split top...they should be told what to expect...pros and cons are ok...we love the single KING bed so much now and also...the latex makes a big difference...(we like firm and bouncy)...so again thank you...and hopefully your service can really show up on your bottom line.

Our bed arrived Saturday. We've had 2 nights of PERFECT sleep! I don't have to spend 1/2 the night looking for my 'cozy spot', the whole bed is a cozy spot!
This is very refreshing. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your answer...very straightforward and informative. More importantly, hitting exactly the concerns I was having. I would like to cancel the foundation part of the purchase only. It's good to know that we can always order the base separately at a later date, if and when our old box spring gives out.
