Wow! I ordered a comfort single queen mattress on July 29,2011, and received it August 2, 2011, with 2 of those days being on the weekend. I put it up that night, and had the best night sleep I have had since my old air mattress gave up the ghost. I didn't even have to play with the buttons! I am a seamstress, and while I was putting the zippered top on, I noticed the quality of the sewing on the whole topper. So far I am very impressed, and I think I will stay that way. I switched ordered parts, today, out of an old Celenia model. Instead of memory foam I opted for the synthetic latex and also ordered the "shell" with a pillow top. The bed is as good or better than when originally purchased 10 years ago. I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you for the wonderful warranty and great customer service. Comfortaire beats its competition hands down and has my highest recommendation.
It's rare these days to find someone that actually takes the time with a customer and when I spend $1500 plus I expect a little bit of question answering. She was very good and I asked allot of questions. I slept on it last night and got a great night’s sleep. My back even felt better that it has from my 2 year old Beauty Rest. I am hoping that it does the job for me and I would be happy to report back to you from time to time, but be careful if you accept because you r only getting the truth.
Ordered our "comfort" bed on July 2nd and received it on July 8th much quicker than expected. Set up took less than an hour and our first night sleep was stupendous. We purchased only the mattress and set it up on our Ikea bed frame using plywood for a base. This was a great value for us as we are on a tight budget. The ordering process was super easy. Her name is Melissa Mabry, and she is perhaps the most responsive sales person I've dealt with on-line -- for ANY kind of purchase. The fact that you are writing me speaks very well for the intentions of your company. Both my wife and I are sleeping very well. The advantage of knowing the actual pressure instead of a general number probably makes it easier to adjust pressures. I still don't think the control is accurate, but it works well enough where we are quite happy. I can say, however, with strong conviction, that not having the center foam strip that we had on our previous Select Comfort bed is fantastic. Not only does it enlarge the "target" sleeping area, but it also makes for a better appearance to the bed, as well as a better nights sleep. My wife used to complain about having to be careful about sitting on the edge of the bed because the rest of the bed would lift up around her. No Longer! Not only that, she has found that a lower pressure is much more comfortable. Because one can change the pressure just a little, it's much easier to find that "just right" spot.

I received my new Comfort bed and am very pleased with my purchase. The instructions were easy to follow and it took less than an hour to assemble. This mattress is very comfortable and I'm looking forward to sleeping on this bed for years to come.
I was just wanting to compliment the two ladies that I talked to from customer service. They are excellent representatives for your company. Debbie B. and Debbie C. were both very helpful with my problem of a leaking mattress. Hopefully, after tonight I will be able to tell whether the pump is leaking or the mattress since Debbie B. gave me the troubleshooting tip to narrow it down. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Comfortaire GS 1100 since approximately 2001. I have back problems and after sleeping on waterbed for 20 years and three leaks later went to Comfortaire and I can tell you it has been wonderful. Thanks for the help.
